Role Overview:

• We are currently seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position where you'll play a vital role in overseeing the smooth execution of client projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client projects from initiation to completion, including web development, content integration, Google Ads management, and custom SAAS solutions.

• Coordinate with a team of virtual assistants, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently and completed on schedule.

• Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Communicate with clients as necessary, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize project workflow and efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, marketing, and project management.

Requirements:

• Expertise with High Level (GHL).

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Sheets, and Facebook Messenger (communication).

• Strong understanding of web development, marketing principles, and general tech savviness.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in project management or a related field is preferred but not required.
